Established in 2013 with a $7 million investment, this nonprofit initiative successfully converted 13 British-built warehouse bays into 30,000 square feet of modern workspace. Located strategically in Maradana near transport links and universities, TRACE now hosts leading organizations like CodeGen and the London Stock Exchange Group, demonstrating how heritage architecture can be reimagined to foster local innovation and combat brain drain.
